Customers

A a person who buys goods or services from a shop or business is your customer.

Below dashboard is the "Customer" feature, with three options:

1. Create a new customer: With this option, you can register your customer's details such as names, telephone numbers, addresses, emails, shipping and billing address, etc.

2. Import customers: This option imports your customers' data from external databases.

3. Contacts: This is a directory containing the names, email addresses, company name, and telephone numbers, login date stamp, and activity status of your customers and/or customer representatives.

Customer summary contains information such as total amount of customers, number of active customers, inactive customers, active and inactive contacts, and the number of customers logged in on the present day.

You also have a list of all the customers registered into the database with their primary contact, email address, telephone numbers, activity status, related groups, and date of creation.

Under each customer name, there are two options to select more information from:

1. View: The "view" option directs you to a quick access page/overview that displays a vertical list of customer's profile (customer's primary details, billing and shipping information, admins and purchase orders), contacts, notes, proposals, estimates, expenses, projects, tasks, tickets, files, vaults, reminders, and maps.

2. Contacts: This is primarily a list of the customer's contacts, their roles, information, telephone numbers, activity status, and log-in date stamp.
