Dashboard

Dashboard:

Your dashboard is a projection of all activities going on in your organization.

After a successful log in, your dashboard will be displayed on your homepage.

Then the "dashboard option" feature is at your top right corner just below your profile information.

You can reset your dashboard and toggle between hiding and viewing your widgets.

Directly below the "widget options," is the list of widgets which you can choose to appear on your dashboard as you prefer.

Some of them are quick statistics, financial overview, user widget, calendar, payment records, contracts expiring, to-do items, leads chart, projects chart, and the latest project activity.

*A widget is an application or component of an interface that enables you to perform a function.*

In the widgetable area below the dashboard options, information from the selected widgets will appear. Perhaps you have selected these four widgets, for example: quick statistics, financial overview, calendar, and my to-do lists.

You will have:

- Quick statistics: information about your invoices, leads, projects, and tasks that have been registered.
- Financial overview: information that pertains to all financial operations within the organization.
- Calendar: events and activities, tasks, notes, and reminders.
- To-do items: laid out objectives or assignments intended to be executed. These are further categorized into to-dos and finished to-dos.

In summary, your dashboard is a very useful resource for you as a user, offering a variety of tools for your convenience. Other features include:

- Your notification bell serves as a signal for reminders, emails, and new messages.
- Your timesheet displays active timers and to-do items.
- The share function makes the uploading and the sharing of your documents very easy.
- You also have a selection of languages to choose from as you would prefer.

At the top of the page, directed at your eye line, is the search engine, optimized to provide you with accurate information and quick reference. It is equipped to give results on searched items using tag names, project names, task names, etc.

Your search engine is your quick support server.
