Milestones act as checkpoints in the journey of task accomplishment. They aid in assessing progress, correlating results, and enhancing organization and project management.

You can access the milestones feature with the following steps:

1. Click the customer feature on the homepage.
2. View the desired customer profile.
3. Click on projects.
4. View the desired project.
5. Click "Milestone."
6. View milestones or add new milestones.

You can choose to include or exclude completed tasks at the top right corner. Additionally, beside the "New Milestone" button is a feature to change the display formats.
