Proposals:
A proposal is a plan or suggestion, especially a formal or written one, put forward for consideration by others.
Proposals can be found in the selection of the sales drop-down.
Creating a "new proposal":
- Select "proposal" from the "sales menu."
- Click "new proposal."
- Write the subject of your proposal.
- Select lead or customer.
- Choose the intended customer/lead.
- Set a duration.
- Choose the currency.
- Discount type (no discounts, before or after tax discounts).
Use tags: Tags are labels; they are used to help with identifying the information specifically related to the proposal which they have been assigned to.
You can choose to allow comments or not.
On the right side of the screen, choose the appropriate status (draft, sent, open, revised, declined, or accepted). Choose a staff to assign the proposal to. Fill in the information type of the proposed items (descriptions, amounts, quantities, etc.).
Save.
