In creating your "new ticket," follow these steps:

1. Go to the customer's profile (click "customer," on the homepage click to "view" under the customer's name).
2. Click on "Tickets."
3. Select "New Ticket."
4. Proceed to complete the form accurately.
5. Click "Open Ticket" at the bottom of the page to register the ticket.
