Items:
An item is an individual article or unit, especially one that is part of a list, collection, or set.
Item is a part of the sales dropdown. Click "item" to "add a new item," "create groups," or "import items."
1. "New item" directs you to the following fields:
- Description: the name of items, preferably.
- Long description: to give a better explanation of the exact item/items you are referring to.
- Rate: the amount needed for that particular item/items.
- Tax: if items cover tax or tax percentage (which it usually does).
- Unit: fill in the number of item/items.
- Group: is simply the grouping of similar items together. It helps you to organize and manage your items.
2. "Create item groups" is a means to organize your items into common categories for easy reference and identification.
3. "Import item" is used to add items from an external database. You can "import an item(s)" directly from your Excel application.
